The resolution is too high for the art (alongside the anti-aliasing present), and PS1 stuff extremely rarely had shadow-mapping, it'd be mostly faked with a dumb old circular gradient shadow below the chr. Other than that tho its cool.

WHAT A [Nice Fellow] Y-OU [Demo Available Now!] I'll say though, its a bit curious he doesn't have the [Silly Strings] on, as well as the lighting using soft shadows. I'd also recommend making the rails animate below him, as well as perhaps add some simple city-like geometry on the BG, it'd look pretty sick. You have the animation and look spot on, though!
