What a bodacious game. I love picross. And now I love pico-cross.

It's quick, it's silly, it's fun! Very good.

Now we are all YiiK. Good job everyone in the project your art would make Alex kry a yiittle tear

I have no idea what is going on but it is a little giggly

This is the best one yet

The game gets real frantic having to direct units everywhere, get upgrades, take over farmland and put up a fight with the CPU all in small intervals! It's also full of lovely dithering and charm you'd see in a PICO-8 title. I recommend checking this out!

All it took was sharing simple interests!

The game is pretty fun and good looking but it feels like there's not enough input from the players on the actual battles which I know is intentional but yer know.
Also I theorize Boise was put in as a sick joke by the folks to make me go nuts. Can't get through it as the timing between quads is EXTREMELY tight. Even when I find a rhythm I suddenly just lose it for no reason. Aside from that it's all good.

I get tempting to let the player shoot individual enemy units and not just special enemies but I worry about it throwing off the balance too much... Plus if they flash when you hit them it will slow down even more for slower computers.

This GAME. It's amazing. It's a sort of bullet hell thing that keeps getting more and more complicated. Tough as it gets, those perks really help you out. The mobility ones specially! You can probably get by without any of them but things like the invicibility dash will save your life.
I feel some projectiles could use more flair to them, like the orange rockets. Those make a sound when they speedily aim towards you and it's not apparent at first. Could also be difficult for someone without a way to listen to them. Perhaps make them glow and/or have a little "!" icon when they are off to hit you. Really cool overall!

Hey thanks for the nice feedback! On Html5 sounds are wierd sometimes. You can check out the download version of the game on my itch page (see game description).

Thanks for playing!

I had to do some good thinking for the last ones with gravity. The visuals are actually pretty neat aside from the menu/end. The simple look allows you to focus on the achieving the goals. Also it would be good to fix up some of the mouse placement, as you can cheese your way in a few levels by spawning the physics box very close to the goal. (perhaps a radius check around the goal could work?)
Being able to place blocks with no constraint allows some interesting quick moves when you want to, for example, adjust the direction of the physics block or catch it right into the goal. I thought that was neat and perhaps you could explore more dynamic objects. Good work!
