Amazing! It's all blobby, smooth, shiny, and with some great lighting to boot. Very glad to see more takes on the Y2K aesthetic!

That's some big perspective! It'd be neat to make a nicer background though. Maybe a few orange tones to make the character stick out, or some oranges... Great work.

Dithering, the right amount of texture resolution, even the very one of the GIF! I recommend exploring more doing these.
